   A ::::: Acceptance of terms and conditions ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) You acknowledge that any transactions you make including any use of our website are subject to our terms 

   and conditions below and supersede all others. Receipt of an order by you, constitutes your acceptance 

   of our conditions and that they are the only conditions that apply to the contract.

 

   B ::::: Artwork & Design ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) Ownership of goods or products shall not pass to the Customer until full payment is received.

2) Whilst every effort will be made to inform you of any apparent errors, we ask you check your 

   proofs carefully.

3) There will be a minimum artwork/design charge of £35.00 for any additional work undertaken. If 

   you require additional artwork work please request a cost confirmation before we begin.

4) We will not process any matter, which in our opinion is or may be of an illegal or libelous nature 

   or an infringement of the proprietary or other rights of any third party. We shall be indemnified 

   by the Customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libelous matter or 

   any infringement of copyright, patent, design or of any other proprietary or personal rights 

   contained in any material processed for the Customer. The indemnity shall extend to any amounts 

   paid for legal advice in settlement of any claim.

 

   C ::::: Payment Terms :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) Payment with Order [pwo]. All New Customers will be requested to make payment with their order - [pwo]

2) Existing Customers may continue to pay on Invoice. However we may at our decretion request full payment 

    with the order [pwo] and before any work begins.

   All new orders over £200.00 (two hundred pounds) are to be paid with the order [pwo] and before any work 

    begins.

3) We do not offer credit. Invoices are payable on presentation. 

4) Discounts become void if payment is not made within 7 days. A new invoice will be raised instead later.

5) Payment made by card will now incur a surcharge of 3% to cover processing costs subject to our discretion.

6) Payment by cheque is not deemed payment in full until the cheque is cleared our banking.

7) Cheques returned as void in any manner will be deemed non payment and therefore will be subject to banking 

   charges incurred by us.

 

   D ::::: Overdue Accounts ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) We reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount debt at 8% above the Barclays base rate 

   at the time and an administration fee to cover our debt recovery costs.

2) In the event that an account is outstanding, we will refer the matter to our debt collection agents, 

   which will incur costs any costs incurred to collect the debt will be added to the debt. You agree 

   that you will be legally liable to pay us that surcharge, and that payment of the same can be 

   enforced against you in court. You also agree to pay interest at the relevant reference rate provided 

   for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which interest is payable both 

   after and before any judgment of the court and continues to accrue.

 

   E ::::: Turnaround Time :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) Once a proof has been confirmed in writing we aim to complete within 10 working days. Delivery issues 

   may extend this. If you require a quicker turnaround we will endeavour but cannot guarantee to meet 

   these special circumstances.

 

   F ::::: Delivery ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) We will use our best endeavors to dispatch all orders within the prescribed turnaround time and all 

   delivery dates shall be regarded at best as estimates only unless confirmed to you in writing. As the 

   purchaser you must accept the actual delivery date and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, 

   damages or expenses suffered by you the purchaser or any other party as a result of any delay in 

   delivery. Especially in cases where third parties i.e. subcontractors or carriers are involved. Neither 

   will any such failure to meet a delivery date constitute a breach of contract on our part.

2) Accepting Delivery, your purchase will be checked before packing and will leave us in good condition 

   and therefore your responsibility to ensure that you, or anyone receiving goods on your behalf, check 

   all goods delivered before accepting them.

 

   G ::::: Refund/ Order cancellation ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) Order cancellation requests must be made to us in writing before we begin the print process. 

   (Letter and confirmed email are the only acceptable methods of cancellation)

2) Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to date of cancellation request will be chargeable.

    There will be a minimum artwork/design charge of £35.00 for any work already undertaken.

3) Any refund payment will be subject to a non refundable banking charge.

 

   H ::::: Order Variation :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 5% plus or minus of 

   the quantity of printed goods ordered.

2) We can only provide ELECTRONIC proofs. The colours viewed on your computer screen are only an indication 

   of the final print result and we will accept NO liability for any colour discrepancies.

3) For this reason we cannot guarantee an exact colour match as this will depend on the final material your 

   images are printed onto. We use differing printing technology according to the quantities and final material 

   for the end product. If this gives you concern or you require a printed proof, discuss this before 

   proceeding with your order.

4) Re-print orders, or similar artwork print separately, colour may show a slight difference from the first 

   or previous print as colour variations are not avoidable.

 

   I ::::: Complaints ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) All complaints shall be made in writing to us within (five) 5 working days of receipt of goods or such goods 

    shall be deemed to comply as to quality and quantity within the terms of the contract. 

2) After reporting a complaint, samples must be received within 5 working days for investigation otherwise it 

   shall be deemed that you have widthdrawn your complaint.

3) For defective products, we will at our discretion replace, repair free of charge, give discount or refund 

   the price of defective products (postage and bank charges for credit card payment are not refundable). 

 

   J ::::: Limitations On Liability ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

   We shall have no liability:

1) for defective products and/or services where the defect has been caused or contributed to by you or where 

   is has been caused or contributed to by any Free Issue Materials and/or masters provided by you and/or 

   arising from any drawing, design or specification supplied by you.

2) to you if the price for the products and/or the services has not been paid in full by the due date for 

   payment.

3) to you if problems with defective products are not reported to us within 5 working days from the day you 

   received the products.

4) to you for defective products and/or services, products not dispatched or products damaged or lost in 

   transit unless the event is notified to us within (5 working days).

5) for damage, loss, liability, claims, costs or expenses caused or contributed to by your continued use of 

   defective products and/or services after a defect has become apparent or suspected or should reasonably 

   have become apparent to you.

6) Unless you give us reasonable opportunity to remedy any matter for which we are liable before you incur 

   any costs and/or expenses in remedying the matter yourself. If you do not do so we shall have no liability 

   to you.

7) If we have included any items in products supplied which are incorrect and/or we have failed to include 

   any items in products supplied which should have been included then we shall have no liability for such 

   error except to rectify the error and reimburse you for the cost of returning the defective products to us 

   for us to rectify the error.

8) We shall have no liability to you for any: 

Consequential losses; 

Loss of profits and/or damage to goodwill; 

Economic and/or other similar losses; 

Special damages and indirect losses; and/or 

business interruption, loss of business, contracts, opportunity and/or production.

9) Force majeure. We will not be liable for breach of contract arising from or caused by, directly or indirectly, 

   force majeure, war, strikes, riots and civil commotions and natural disasters.

 

   K ::::: Other conditions :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1) We are not bound by customers own purchase order terms and conditions. Our full terms and conditions apply 

   unless otherwise agreed by us previously in writing.

2) Variation to Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. The latest version 

   of these terms and conditions may be accessed via our website.
